My uncle visited my home on 17th of this month he asked me to test using glucometer..I tested him..he is an HIV patient..so today while I was changing the pin it punched me ..is that going to transmit the HIV.

No it's instantly dead in air or saliva so the only non-sexual risk for hiv is sharing hollow needles that you use to quickly inject with. You can do what you did safely any time.
