Anal fingering, tear
Every month I get tested with HIV RNA PCR. I am a gay male, 28, and never have anal sex.
Last night I was getting fingered aggressively for a few seconds and I felt a sharp pain; I believe he scratched my anus. We stopped, and I was bleeding! Today it is much better but when I go to the bathroom (no. 2) it hurts. Am I at risk for HIV? Did I get an anal tear/fissure??!?!?
