window period

i had a sex with my neighbour(male to male) for 3 years and after knowing my mistake,i take a hiv antibody test after 8 months and found negative.but i have a lot of douts,every one have different type of immune system,so shall i test again???suppose i have weak immune power,then should i test again?

unless you have a SEVERLY COMPROMISED immune system...your test was RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE.  this would include ppl on chemotherapy, taking anti rejection drugs following an organ transplant, and CHRONIC, LONG TERM iv drug users.

hiv test three months after last exposure is conclusive.
Your negative test is conclusive(after 8 months).Move On.
