HIV test and accuracy
Guys just wanted to ask how accurate is an HIV antibody test at 9 weeks after finishing nPEP and 15 weeks from exposure?(my nPEP was 6 weeks unknowingly, thinking it will help)
My risk was unprotected viginal sex with HIV positive female partner unknowingly as we decided to get tested the following morning and went on nPEP within 24 hours from exposure.

Juss did another test at 12 weeks after finishing nPEP, how accurate is this result,i bought the test kit and tested myself.
Unlikely. The woman needs confirmation testing. This who PEP and everything else might be all for not.
No she didnt do any confirmation test,so wat are the chances tht the result will change at 3 months?
They recommend 3 months after PEP because the effects it has on the body. Did the woman get a confirmation test?
