did i get hiv

hello i was with a sex worker in amsterdam 3 and half weeks ago im not sure the condom was on at all times as i was very drunk and i performed cunninlingus on her and 2 weeks after i got back i have been very ill with headaches muscle aches vomiting diarrea and pain when i urinate and constant urination i got a hiv test last week i know its early but if hiv was causing these symptoms would it show up this early in the test.i also had full intercourse.thank you

can anyone answer this question.when dr hansfield says that he has never seen a 6 week negative later turn positive is he talking about the standard antibody test

i understand what ur saying vance but i feel crap fatigue thirsty all the time and my tongue is like sandpaper in the morning amongst all the other symptoms that i have stated.what do u think about the six week negative

mate keep positive thaughts and negative results as thats what you will get for hiv tests off this situation. a study conducted in amsterdam showed the CSWs were tested regulary at std clinics and there is only an estimated 3% infected with hiv and the majority of these are the street walkers, male CSW blue light district and women of west african origin, not the  window CSW you would have seen also you used a condom no risk

hello i got my 6 week blood test results back they were negative  .what is the percentage of a 6 week test picking up antibodies.i still feel crap mostly severe muscle aches my general doctor took some blood samples to test for other illnesses.any opinions would be appeciated

If we did we would have said that oral sex was a risk and given some explaination.

if i was that stressed id be losing sleep which im not besides the doctor im seeing in the clinic says he thinks theres something wrong but he doesnt know until the results come back.what was your exposure

anixety will do that man, i ended up on meds for sore throat , swollen troyroid gland and high blood pressure. My doc says it could be relatf to a traumatic experience or stress

hi. I had the exact same senario, protected sex in amsterdam and cunninglus. I was googlin hiv before i got home from amsterdam and within 5 weeks i had every symtom i found on net, rash on my arm for a week, sore throat, aches pain you name it i had em all. Tested neg for everything at 9 weeks and the doc in std clinic said no point testing again. U ll be fine, just stay off net and try to relax, i know thats not easy but ull get through this.

your chances to get hiv is zero . i am sure ur result  will trun up negative.After testing you must post about your status.I am sure it will be negative.

hello i posted a few weeks ago and since then ive become very ill with fever sore throat severe muscle aches tiredness and ive lost about 14l/b,s in weight as i said before i was with a sex worker in amsterdam and performed cunninlingus on her and i know my gums were bleeding before and after been with her and idont know if the condom was on at the start of the intercourse i just had a test a couple of days ago which was the 6 week post exposure i get my results in a few days id just like any opinions what my chances are as ive never been this ill for this long. thank you
