HIV and other STD concerns

I had unprotected sex with a person with uncertain status between Jan. and end of March, and protected sex (unprotected oral) with this other person from then on till end of April, who turns out to be HIV positive.
I came to realization of my mistakes and have been extremely worried regard the situation.
I got HIV and STD test in beginning of May which all turns out to be negative. I visited a doctor in end of May due to red bumps at the back of my throat, and inflamed tonsils, I immediately conclude it to be a virus attack. The doctor assured me it looks more like a reaction from allergic rhinitis, however I wasn't convinced. I told her my sexual activities in the past couple months like described above, she suggest me to get it tested around end of July.
I've been telling myself if it happened, then there is nothing I can do to change that. But recently I noticed a bulging bump in my pubic region, about 1/2 inch above where the shaft of penis begins. I noticed the increased size day-by-day, along with minor pain and discomfort. I suspect it may be folliculitis, so I shaved my pubic hair and paid extra attention on my hygiene. It starts to get smaller, and rupture today with fresh blood. From the looks of it I am so afraid that it might be STD, and it goes back to my worry about HIV. I am tormented by it and having to wait till July. Please help....

your only exposure was the unprotected intercourse.  oral sex is NOT a risk for contracting hiv.

You had a risk and 3 months after your last unprotected vaginal and/or anal exposure will give you a conclusive result.
