Pcr test is reliable on 16 days.. Also lymphocyte high

I have tested on 16 days after my exposure came back undetectable with CSW condom broke would have penetrated 2 to 3 mins...on 23 day my lymphocytes gone high from 24 to 39.3 monocytes 2 to 7.2 neutrophills 72 to 50.2 does it related to hiv... I am scared to test 4th Gen(duo). Please can someone help me. I don't have fever rash no sorethroat.. Only white tongue now it came down but still there.. Some times in groin tingling will come.. Feel lack of energy... Always if I take plenty of water normal urine will pass.. If I take less water yellow urine will come past 3 weeks.. Means heavy dehydration? Does this is symptom of hiv? Pls some one tell me... Also scalloped tongue I am going crazy... Pls some one help me

Only you can take the test which you were advised to do on your other thread, so I don't see what you think someone here can do to help you.  You are living in terror fearing the result, so you might as well test because if negative your worrying will stop. You have no medical training, so it is unrealistic for you to be studying your body and thinking you are able to diagnose a disease that only a test can diagnose.
Please stop making multiple threads about the same subject because it is better if all your info is on one.
