HIV anxiety and my risky relationship

Hello everybody I have two questions. You say that the risk is zero for buyer oral sex, but in one of the old questions, the owner of the problem says that HIV transmission can be caused by oral sex and ejaculation in the mouth, not on another site.he has left links to the cdc site documenting its transition with oral sex and says there are more documented cases than theory leaving documented links to the cdc site and the consultants did not give much answer. I felt a little relieved trusting you guys, but when I saw this question, I felt weird. link to the question: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Oral-sex-ejaculation-in-mouth-and-spitting-out/show/752370
My second question has been asked before, but I guess I didn't explain it fully. My partner wanted to have forced anal sex. twice he pushed his penis too far into my anus the first time it didn't go in but the second time I'm not sure maybe the head of the penis may have entered his anus for 5-6 seconds at most because I was very hurt and he did it dry.If the head of the penis entered for 5 seconds, I can't remember if there is a risk. Could it be that there is a capillary crack in my anus due to forcing and the pleasure liquid has entered from there? I still have the test period and it is very high risk with ejaculation in the mouth and anus, maybe with the head entering the anus I think I'm taking too high a risk, and I get depressed and start hurting myself. My partner blocked me when I asked if I had HIV, and my fear is increasing. can you answer these two questions for God's sake

You didn't read all of the thread.  No VERIFIED cases. Here's an actual study of serodiscordant partners, with no cases of transmission: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12045500

If you want to be scared about this and keep searching the internet and our site to see if you can find evidence that you got HIV, that is your choice, but we aren't going to support your anxiety.

I have no comment on the penis-to-anus incident as that was answered extensively before.  If you are concerned about it, just test.

I'm waiting for the 28th day. there was ejaculation in oral sex and there was a hold in the mouth, I trust you to say it's risk-free. In my previous question, it was perceived as if a slight pressure was applied to his anus, but the head of the penis may have entered my anus for maybe 5 seconds. The head of the penis may have entered my anus for 5-7 seconds, perhaps there may have been penetration. not full penetration but i'm talking about the glans 7 seconds or less it hurt a lot.
Then test at 28 days if that's what you need to do to move on.  There is no need to test beyond 28 days.
