Condom slipped and unintentionally became unprotected vaginal for a minute

I'm 27 years old male who had sex with Csw on 8sept and that's the first ever sex and also unprotected vaginal sex in my life and I'm terrified after that moment, after the exposure i got some small pimple kind of wart over the penis shaft and felt burning sensation , following the exposure i had RNA PCR on 18sept along with ag/ab duo combo both came back negative and not detected in between i constuled urologist and recommend to do some std test which is hsbag, vdrl , hcv 1&2 on day 12 and he
prescribed med and ointment for the outbreak in my penis and cured in 3 days , doc has no concern about Hiv and other std after the results of RNA and the test he recommended for other std  ,i never had fever but my tounge seems white, I was in extreme anxiety  ,then i took another test at 29 th day with ag/ab duo combo and came back negative again i consulted same doc with the 29th day results he recommended me to take one more test at 90 days which made me more anxious but i used to see some experts suggesting to take test at 6th week for conclusive results so i took 48th (7 week)day I took another test but the test description shows antibody screening but it also mentioned P24 duo combo and it came back negative, inbetween 29 and 48 day I noticed my inner cheek is thickened a bit and after 48 th day results i consulted a dentist and she said it's leukoplakia, kind of pre cancer sign so she advised for a stain removal today, can i move on from HIV scare or do i consider this leukoplakia as a sign of HIV, please some one assess my exposure and test results, Thank you

Your tests were conclusive so that is all that matters. If she always uses a condom then she can't have hiv anyway.

hiv doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to poster's body symptoms. Therefore you are wasting your time looking at your body then thinking it might prove anything about hiv.
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv symptoms cold turkey since you can't have hiv.

Keep working with your dentist and/or doctor to deal with leukoplakia issues. Most leukoplakia patches are noncancerous (benign), though some show early signs of cancer.  Good luck.

I don't know about her sexual history, she insisted me to wear condom when i just tried to hump with clothes and even she was frightened when i said condom was slipped and she went to washroom and washed her vagina and i just asked her plainly that are we safe she just said yes ,   and she not even allowed me to kiss her on lips ,  but a person related to that girl said nothing need to worry about any disease but I'm not sure about his words,
You should read my advice above instead of wasting your time adding irrelevant details.
In case you don't know, conclusive means incontestable · irrefutable · unquestionable · undeniable · indisputable · unassailable · beyond dispute · beyond question · beyond doubt · . It is time to move on when you are conclusively negative.
Thank you. I just explained those things in comment to get a second opinion about that she prefer intercourse with condom with every client .. that's it. I'll try to move on
Unprotected sex in a one time fashion as you describe is really very low risk at less than 1 percent occurrence. Then on top of that, it was short duration. AND you tested negative. Being anxious is something that happens but in light of everything, you should let this incident go. Stop testing now. You do not have hiv. Everything else you describe like your tongue are things that just happen. Not related to hiv. HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms, but by tests. And your tests are negative.
Also, to note. Condoms slipping are not unprotected sex. Your head of penis is covered during a condom slip and that's all that is needed. But regardless, you tested negative.
Sorry to ask, do i need any re test? Can i be move on without worrying?
Reread about moving on.
I reread your situation just now after noting GR's advice. Only the head of your penis needs protection and that always happened otherwise the condom would have fallen off. You meant the ring just slipped up a little  which is a no risk event (but I had mistakenly thought before that the whole condom fell off.) Your test was a waste of time and it doesn't matter when or how many times you test  -  it will always be a waste of time.
No you got it right hole condom fell off that's why I'm hell scared about that moment.. if condom was worn throughout the event i would stop testing at 28 days itself, even i stopped testing after 10 days of RNA PCR,  i don't know when condom slipped completely off and it's my first ever sex and i can't feel that I had protected or unprotected but when i pulled out there is no condom it was on bed , intercourse happened 1mins  to max 2 mins.. dilemma started from there
That's why i stated it has unprotected vaginal
But I'm trying to move on , hope the results won't change
