No, you'll have to test at 12 weeks or 84 days for a conclusive result with that type of test. A duo 4th generation test is conclusive at 28 days. I'd say that the fact that you are negative at this point is a very good sign. And a one time exposure that may or may not have been unprotected has about a 1% chance of transmission so was very low risk to begin with. Doubtful you have HIV but if you are using the rapid tests, you'll have to test at 12 weeks for it to be conclusive.
