HIV denture

i need some feedback please, i work in a denture clinic and i was trimming a denture on a lathe with gloves on when my hand slipped and the bur tore through my glove and skin, however the denture is from a hiv postive patient but there were no signs of blood on the denture maybe saliva. should i be concerned?

They are injected with freshly drawn blood and the blood is kept in a vacuum sealed container.

Saliva doesn't transmit the virus. You're fine.
