toilet and hiv transmission

hello ,

i have found some questions who helped me but i am still not sure about this situation which happens to me quite often.

i often use public toilets as i work outside and from time to time this happens to me>
i am absentminded, thinking of work all the time and sometimes i am not sure if i checked the cleaness of the toilet/door knob/toilet plug etc and sometimes i forget to wash my hands or cant remember i did... but directly after using the toilet i often meet people shake hands etc and then i am worried i am infectious for them and can contract hiv on my hands on them (hiv got from the toilet door knob or plug etc which is on my hand as i didnt wash it)... i know this may sound stupid but i work with people all the time and feel responsible for their health and although i am trying to do my best, sometimes i just forget... to wash hands for example..

what do you think, is there any risk to contract hiv to other people in this way? (thinking of situation there was some bodily fluid on the door knob for example... and the guy i shake hands with has a small cut on his hand etc...)

thank you very much for answers! i know this may sound stupid and funny but for me this is real question and problem. i am feeling quite scared when being responsible for someones other health..
