HIV fear

Hi, i had recently visited a massage parlor and later on when she asked for extra services, then only i came to know that this is a shabby parlor and the lady could be a CSW. i got really scared. i dint go for any extra services for which she asked for heavy tips . However, when she was massaging my back post this, i felt a sharp pain like a needle prik. i asked about it to the lady wo massaged me and she said nothing. One day later. i felt a sharp pain on my upper back and when i checked with help of someone else, i could see a red bump with a bit of pus there. when i checked with a doctor, he told me that it is folliculitis and could have come due to heat. 2 weeks after i got a severe fever and throat pain.  i am really scared now that the lady would have tried to infect me with something as i haven't opted for extra and provided tips. very tensed and not able to focus on anything.  Is there a possibility of transmission of HIV this way? Do I need testing? Can i have sex with my partner before testing? Pls help.

The only risk that involves needles is when a person has direct injection via a hollow-bore needle, with a syringe attached, directly into the bloodstream.  That absolutely did not happen because you would have felt more than a prick.  It is not possible that someone inserted a needle directly into your vein without you seeing it or knowing it was happening.

Forget about this imaginary event and move on with your life.
