Could I possibly have HIV?

I would like to have a view on this as I am worried out of my mind. I am a married man but I also have discreet oral sex with other men Mai my receiving but odd occasion giving. I have only given anal 4 times, always with a condom, and it has never broken. I was tested 4 years ago negative,  it the reason I am now worried is I seem to be getting a cold sore every 6 weeks now, and I read this is an immune system issue, linked to underlying HIV. I also recently had a bout of penile thrush, again a possible issue with immune system. I am terrified to get tested because of possibly having HIV.

I would like to ask have these symptom been identified previously as HIV and what is the actual chance I do have it?

I have had no other symptoms similar to ARS

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Oral sex isn't a realistic way to contract HIV.  If you're concerned, just test to validate your seronegative status.
