HIV from used condom floating on the sea

Hi! Probably this is the weirdest question you ve ever heard and i think i know what you going to reply, but i am stressed so please allow me to ask anyway:
I was swimming on the beach and at some point i realized that close to me (around half a meter) there was a used condom floating. There was no direct contact with my skin as there as a distance (half a meter). Just to note that 30 minutes ago i did my covid vaccine so there might have been the needle prick still open (?). Is there any HIV risk? Any testing required? Thanks a lot!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV from any object, no matter what.  You had zero risk for HIV.
