Spiked

May sound crazy but please listen to me out.
Yesterday I had a few beers and had the munchies when I got home. About all I had in my student pad were some eggs.I took one egg out of the fridge and broke it on a plate. At the time I noticed some blood on the yellow of the egg. I thought really nothing of it.

I couldn't be bothered with a pan so stuck it straight in the microwave. As I said I had a few beers and after 20 seconds or so  I opened the microwave up and prodded the centre which blew up in my face and eyes. Quite a bit went in my eyes. I cleaned my face and continued heating the remainder of the egg which I then ate. After I inspected the egg and the shell I saw red (definately looked like blood on the linning of the shell)

If the egg had been spiked  - how long could the virus live in the fridge for (I think it had been there for 1 or 2 days)
Would about 15/20 secs of heat kill the virus?

What are the chances of contracting something from a situation like this?

Thanks for that and being a young student type I don't have a clue regarding food lol.
I don't want to start what iffs etc but I did also see red on the inside of the shell (after getting it out of the waste) which honestly looked like blood. If by a tiny chance then it was spiked could I be at risk or would the infection be dead before it his my face and eyes? Sorry for this but I honesty am worried by it. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thanks Lizzie, I feel a little embarassed by my questions and situation but I was worried by it in case it had been spiked, after all we do live in a strange world and people do mad things!  I don't know too much how hiv is spread (apart from the obvious) and I  feel very relieved that I don't have to get tested over this issue. P.S Even I know that Chickens don't carry HIV! LOL
Have a good Christmas :)
