What Are These Symptoms?

Hi all.

I had unprotected sex 22 days ago. I'm male. It was vaginal sex with a female.

12 days later I was given 4 tablets of Azithromycin for suspected Chlamydia.

A couple days later, I had a small rash on my arm (but it could've been from an insect bite. It's gone now)

I currently have the following symptoms:

- Pain in chest
- 'Tight chest' feeling (like I want to suck in lots of air and cough)
- Muscular pain in arms, legs and neck
- Joint pains in ankles, wrists, elbows & knees
- On-an-off mild headache on the side of my head.

I'm worried that I have HIV.

I have a test scheduled for 7 days time.

Please please please advise
