HIV negative but low white cell

Hello Dr.
I'm male 22 years old from middle east, I had unprotected sex with a Asian female. I tested negative at 2 months the test called "HIV-1 DNA by PCR With HIV Antibodies by ICMA".  At fourth months I did complete blood work with ANA screen and came back negative, but low white cell at 3.3. Then I have tested HIV-1 by EIA and came negative at 5 months. After that, I repeated white cell test came back low 2.9, and I repeated it for third times and came back low 3.3,and normal range in US is 4-11.
Do you think the low white cell is related to HIV, or maybe it is HIV type 2? Please let me know I'm so worry. Also, I have high stress, and anxiety.

This forum is HIV specific and you don't have HIV.

Thanks for your replay Teak. This what I think, if HIV is lowering  my white cell to 3.3 it should be detectable, right? I repeated the test now and came 3.8 (still low). I read an article that seems say Saudi men tend to have naturally low white cell. Here's a link for article http://cvi.asm.org/cgi/content/full/9/2/279#T1

Here's what article says:
A total of 209 Saudi men aged between 18 to 44 years (mean ± SD = 26 ± 6.6 years) were recruited for this study. All were blood donors at King Fahad Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The percentages of the different lymphocyte subsets were as follows (mean ± SD): CD3 cells (72.9 ± 7.7), CD4 cells (39.4 ± 7.9), CD8 cells (27.6 ± 7.5), NK cells (11.7 ± 5.9), and B cells (10.4 ± 4.7). An average CD4/CD8 ratio of 1.6 was obtained, with the lowest ratio of 0.6 and a maximum value of 5.0. A mean total white blood cell (WBC) count of 6,334 was obtained with a range of 3,200 to 11,600.

Please, read it and let me know, and I think it will be good info for me and for you.

You need to work with your doctor. HIV is not your concern.
