Hiv scare

Hi everybody
I've had an unprotected vaginal exposure with a csw around 5 months ago
During the 5 months I've experienced many symptoms like I got sick with a cold twice
Rosea kind of oval rash on my shoulders and chest faint oval pinkish marks, constant dizziness, burning skin feeling on legs and chest, foliculitis on thighs and bum, red dots on skin I even got a weird fleshy growth on my finger, thought neck and throat, dry skin on shins, weird spot on back, weakness and fatigue, pain under armpit, pins and needles hands and feet
I got a hiv duo test at 3 weeks, 6.5 weeks and 10 weeks all negative
Tested for hepatitis b and c, syphillis, gonorea, chlamydia all at week 3 and week 10 all negative
I've been under severe emotional stress since the day after the exposure due to guilt and I've been suffering from severe anxiety since a year before the episode
Can someone tell me what is going on in my body? Are my tests conclusive. I just can't take the emotional stress in getting tested again
Thanks to you all

Thank you I understand that
There is no way a 6 and 10weeks him duo test could have missed an infection?

If you tested negative for std's then it is not your problem anymore. Please see a therapist or doctor. Take care!
