HIV resistance?

Hello!
First of all, I'm sorry for my bad English... I'm not from US
I am very scared of a stupid incident! Two weeks ago I was in an outlet in Budapest, in the toilet of a restaurant ... I really need the toilet (poo) and when I finished my physiological needs, the feces went down the  water hitting my anus. I was very scared and quickly I uesd the toilet paper which was very rough and I  scratched the anal area. Do you think by absurd I could have intercepted a virus? (HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, etc.) I'm very scared (paranoid I guess)
I could barely sleep these days ... Please do not mocked situation. I look forward to your answer.
PS I know that HIV is a sexually transmitted virus, but I thought that when I scratched in that area (anus) to not   contaminate...
I read the others posts but I want to know your direct opinion.
Thank you!

Sorry to bother you with another stupid question but is there any chance I be infected with any STD or any bacterium? I understand that I couldn't take HIV.
I hear opinions from all sides, pros and cons on my accindental situation...
This it will be my last question on this problem.
Thanks!

Thank you Teak!
The thing is that I read some other forums from my country and there are some "conspiracy theories" about this subject...
Last week I spoke with a lady from AIDS Helpline and she was not sure and other people "specialized"  thought that is very "funny my story"
I will try to calm down...
Cheers!
