You were never at risk, condoms are sufficient to prevent HIV transmission. Oral sex is not a risk.

mike-no answered your question that you did not have a risk. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. You wore a condom and it didn't break for sure. Why are you asking if you need to retest for that? You didn't need to test in the first place. Oral sex is also not a risk. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, you should not worry about testing for either of these episodes. But you DID test and they were negative. 24 days in general is too early but you tested again 10 days later making that a 34 day test after your first exposure. And again, no one gets HIV from oral sex. So, no more testing needed (never was needed anyway), you do not have HIV.
As your question was fully answered you had no risk for HIV from your exposure, we hope you can now move on as you do not have HIV.
