Hi. Unprotected oral, grinding, jerking off and protected anal are not how HIV is transmitted. No risk. Protected anal is no risk of the condom did not break or slipped. And unprotected oral sex is considered a negligible risk (a theory but conditions are almost impossible to reproduce in real life; no serious case has ever been recorded). Unprotected oral though can transmit other STIs though (chlamydia, gonorrhea...), I would invite you to get tested for those. They are for most of them easily treated or controlled with medications.
