Fingering and boobs sucking

Hello community members. I think i have ruined my life 2 weeks before i tried to do my first ever sexual encounter i was very afraid of std so i tried it first time and found very cheap street drug user prostitute i wanted to be safe i never took of my underwear until i cum and she cleaned that after taking off with dirty cloth she was having what i did sexually was very wild boobs sucking and nipples bitting futher i fingered her with condom on my finger which was initially was used wrong way my finger touched her vagina and fluid. What happen after 10 days was to many swollen nodes in armpit almost three very painful in left armpit one in neck but they seems to be settled after few days almost 5 days after but now i am having worst sore throat and many bumps on forehead at one location all this things had worried me to hell

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV, including the event you describe.  There is no "what if" that you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

You had ZERO risk for HIV, so of course you cannot possibly have ARS.

You didn't ruin your life. In fact, you can do all of that at any time and will always be safe.
But what about these symptoms how can be they so accurate in the timeline as of ars.
Have you ever seen anyone getting hiv from fingering or nipples sucking if she was lactating..
