What do I do?

Hi everyone. My story goes like this. I got a recurrent fungal infection. So I went to the doctor and he said I should test for diabetes and HIV because those two things can can recurrent infections. I have already been tested for these two illnesses. I am NEGATIVE for both diseases. I told the doctor that.
But now I am worried that the HIV tests I did could be wrong. I have been tested for HIV 3 times over the past few years. Once was for work visa, once was before a surgery and once for health insurance. All 3 tests were done in different laboratories. Two tests in the same city. One test in a different country.
However since I began to doubt my tests after the doctor scared me about my fungal infection, I decided to check google reviews of the labs I had my tests in. I was shocked to read all 3 labs had a few reviews that said their results are unreliable and people had incorrect results for various blood work. How can it be for all 3 labs there are such reviews? I know lab errors do happen but I’ve tested for HIV 3 TIMES FROM 3 DIFFERENT LABS, but now since reading the reviews I am so worried. What if all my tests are wrong! Two of these labs are the main popular labs in the city. I have always done all my blood work from them but I am so worried now. How can I trust my results?
My risk was just French kissing a man, but he had come from having a root canal so I don’t know if his mouth was bleeding or not. I have never had sex. I only ever have French kissed. But what should I do now? What are the odds that my HIV tests from the 3 labs are wrong? I took these tests 6 months, 3 years and 7 years after the French kiss.

You didn't read any of my advice which is why you have asked a what-if question.
Reread about "only" and "what-if".
By the way, is your doctor an MD or a homeopath?
He was an ENT. I was getting a staph infection inside my nose that’s why he said get tested for hiv and diabetes and that is why I am so worried. All I ever did was kiss a man of unknown status.
You should have told him that you hadn't done any of the 3 (vaginal, anal or shared needles), then he wouldn't tell you to take an hiv test. Or maybe he doesn't trust his patients so asked you to test. Anyway it is a waste of time discussing kissing anymore since your mind is made up.
There is nothing left to say, since you have gone to sites with misinformation and believe them. Maybe consider therapy so someone in a one on one discussion can explain how silly your claim is that kissing spreads hiv despite the fact that neither you or any of your friends knows ANYONE who got it that way.
But can I just understand how much blood would be necessary in saliva for a kiss to be risky for hiv? There is a case in the 90s where a man infected his partner and it just says they had poor oral hygiene and gum disease. It doesn’t say their mouths were full of blood, so how can we be sure even sore gums etc don’t transmit the virus?
And also secondly if a man touched your vagina with his hands can that lead to transmission? I’m not talking fingering, I’m talking just rubbing with fingers. What if his fingers were contaminated? Because the same guy who kissed me also did that to me and I didn’t think it was risky so I didn’t mention it earlier. These two things are my only risks ever.
Can I get an answer please ^
You got an answer that will NOT change.  NO RISK.  We don't entertain anxious over asking about non risk things. Kissing is not a risk as stated several times. HIV is spread by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Get off the internet and stop worrying about this.  This is a moderated forum guided by expert doctors for what are actual risks and you didn't have one.

hiv prevention is straightforward since there are ONLY 3 ways you can become infected.

We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so do not pay attention to what posters find online. The idea that you can get hiv from kissing is silly and I'm surprised that you believe it - considering how many people kiss strangers before they get a partner, everyone would have it by now if it was possible.

Since you believe them - and you even made a false claim one is reputable, then there is nothing else for me to say other than you are wasting your time.
Can you just tell me if the guys mouth was bleeding how much blood would there have to be for me to be at risk? He had come from the dentist after getting a root canal. And I also had brushed my teeth 10 minutes before so my gums were possibly sensitive if not bleeding

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, maybe blood, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
The word "only" presents an insurmountable roadblock to any possibility of any "what-if" questions about testing being relevant. Consider looking for a better doctor.

But there are people across the Internet claiming they got hiv just from French kissing. I read someone’s comment on Ibase which is a reputable website for hiv info..so I am worried. But also more worried about my tests. Do you think the three labs can all be wrong where my test results are concerned? Or is that something I shouldn’t worry about?
