You have asked several questions here before, so you should already know the risks for HIV, which are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone of unknown status, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

Swallowing breast milk or blood is NOT a route of infection.  Forget about this event and move on - you did not get HIV.

Someone coughed on your lips or a door knob so you got sore throat. Maybe you should talk to your doc about your fears.
