Risk from giving handjob to undetectable positive man

Would it be a risk for me to have given a handjob with additional skin to skin contact with a guy who disclosed to me that he was undetectable and has been for several years?

I made a mistake by not probing him more before I met up with him, but he also was entirely truthful when I had first asked him. Thank you!

This isn't a risk. HIV is inactivated by air. The only risks for HIV transmission are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles. This is no risk and you don't need to test. You don't get hiv from hand jobs or touching.

Does his status of being undetectable change anything in regards to my risk? He says he is tested regularly. And doesn’t u=u?? I’m not too familiar with that concept but that’s what the internet tells me
Reread the advice because your question indicates you haven't understood any of it. I'm sure you know the meaning of the word "only".
Yes. I know the word only haha. I guess more than anything my fear comes from what if I had any cuts on my hands? And his precum got into those cuts? Would that add any risk given that he is undetectable?

He finished himself and said he was going to do that either way. I guess I just feel betrayed that he wasn’t upfront about his status when I asked him the first time, so I feel like was he trying to get me to do something more risky? But he says he would’ve told me had we discussed doing oral or anal
Just because you are anxious doesn't make it a risk. Your question was answered no risk. The person probably understands hiv and you don't. He didn't put you at risk.
You wrote " my fear comes from what if I had any cuts ." Did the advice say cuts are in the list of only ways to allow transmission? No it didn't, so you are not understanding the meaning of only in the advice.
