You were already told it was an approved test.

Just exactly what it says which wouldn't consern you. All you need to be concerned about is that you took an approved test which you did and the final test results.

It says sensitivity 100%, specificity 99.6%. What does that mean?

An advice forum which assesses people's risks for exposure is hardly the right place to get info about a specific test kit. That's way beyond the scope of what this forum offers to people.

Hi webbers,

I did, multiple times, they won't answer any of my questions. I also called FDA, and they asked me to call the test provider...which goes around in circles. So I thought I can have some one credible on this forum answer this specific question.

Why don't you call the 800 number for the company and ask them?

I find it Teak, thanks. Does that apply to all LabCorp ICMA HIV tests? How do I know if this specific panel of test was approved?
