HIV risk via finger penetration?

hello, a while back I made a stupid mistake by finger penetrating a female "friend of friend" during a drunken gathering. After several minutes, I noticed blood on my hand and fingers. No open cuts or sores I have. I immediately washed my hands in warm soap & water. Are there any risk of contracting HIV in this manner? The woman claims she is clean and had taken an HIV exam and shared the results with me electronically but I wonder if she could have Photoshop her results on the document. My friend tells me I'm paranoid. Can I contract an STI or HIV in this manner?

You're being paranoid. HIV is not spread through the skin regardless of bleeding. In an adult, the only way you can get infected is by unprotected anal or vaginal sex and by sharing drug needles with infected users. Fingering is not a risk which obviously means there's no reason to get a test.
