Rimming a prostitute risk of HIV?

Hello  first of all a pleasure to greet you and congratulate you for the great work you do in your forum, I comment on my situation I went to a non-certified brothel I even smoked marijuana ( cannabis) shortly before practicing black kissing a prostitute this happened 3 times leaving as a lapse of time 1 month or less, do not notice blood, protect yourself in vaginal sex at least with your clients, perform tongue kisses and foot fetish when doing the rimming, always with protection in the penetration but not in the rimming and A bit of cunnilingus, my fear and uncertainty are more in the black kiss since it has been more intense than the other practices and the kisses with tongue also she wore braces and passionately kissed all her clients towards fellatio with protection at least with her clients , in my case I don't have that good oral hygiene but if I had had a wound in the bottom of my mouth or a canker sore or lesions on my lower lips not bleeding but from the fact of biting one of his lips Because of the fact that I smoke, my mouth does not generate so much saliva, or without knowing how to have my gums bleeding, all these factors overwhelm me because of what I read on the internet. The CDC itself also mentioned that it can be done but there are few cases of transmission and I found only 1 article related to it of transmission by black kiss https://sti.bmj.com/content/68/4/254
This increased my fear, only my doubts in the worst case, if I had not noticed the presence of blood in the anus area or the possibility of licking anal fluids, I am very confused, I have read that it is more about the blood in the zone if this had happened or if before there was a penetration or fist with a previous client and I would not have realized it, also my gums or other factors do you think I could get HIV from black kissing? I thank you for your time and your dedication, I would ask you a lot of sincerity, I do not doubt it but I would like to clarify very well to be able to continue with my life without anguish in the worst case, having blood or my mouth hurt or a wound on the tip of the tongue Or during the act she could have shed blood and I did not realize it due to the effect of marijuana or some anal fluid could I contract HIV from performing black kissing?
Also mention that when I finish licking I noticed a little blue vein that looked like a plexus but not a hemorrhoid because of the excitement, the hole opened a little and that makes me afraid of not having realized if this person could have hemorrhoids or even with all those risks and Possible cases could you clarify my doubt if I could get HIV from rimming?
Psdt: I am confused by the information from the CDC and the article I told you I found. Greetings
The post confuses me since you point out that giving oral sex has a low risk and it is not necessary to do tests and in a comment you said that even though there is blood in the mouth or when swallowing it (it would be the same with rectal fluids if there were? in the black kiss rectal fluids come out? only 1 person talked about that but all the annilingus posts do not mention rectal fluids as a risk only the blood that may be due to hemorrhoids or fistulas) there would be no risk at all even with that scenario And if I had wounds (at the time of anniligus if I remember that I had a wound inside the mouth) or bleeding gums without realizing it would there be a risk for me? but I want to know if there is risk in give the black kiss or annilingus precisely since you do not mention it and I have also read that many reliable Hispanic or Spanish sources say that if there is blood or hemorrhoids in the anus it could happen if it has contact with the mouth and its lining or generalize if I had bleeding gums or sores, combining all these factors of wounds in the mouth, ulcers, bleeding gums and blood in the anus that I could not realize while doing it, could I get HIV when doing or giving annilingus?
PSDT: I am nervous and anxious because I did this intensely with a single prostitute 3 times in different times in an unsafe place it is the highest risk practice that I have had so far in my life, I would like you to give me all your wisdom and experience regarding this issue of giving annilingus or rimming despite the CDC confusing me with its "few reported cases of transmission" and that "if it could occur", and although you mentioned that you are not a doctor, I do not underestimate your comments and I would like to know where you are arguing that there can be no risk with this practice with great sincerity. This doubt affects my mental health :( I appreciate your time and patience. Thank you very much and blessings
Psdt 2: Another situation of mine is if I had wounds or abrasions or laserations on my lips of the mouth both outside and inside my lips from my own bite or from kisses with tongue and bite, or microscopic wounds in these areas of the mouth mentioned including microscopic non-visible wounds on the tongue and tip of the tongue (I also read about this in the posts mentioned above) and blood in the anus or microscopic wounds in the anus or without noticing non-visible injuries in the anus (or rectal fluids that could come out there without realizing it) from the prostitute as mentioned in the posts in this case and in all the other possible cases mentioned above (ulcer sores inside or wound on the lining of my mouth) including the most extreme and including that I had a dry mouth from smoking cannabis (reduces the production of saliva, which I read that it can also protect) shortly before the acts, is there a risk of contracting HIV if I do or give annilingus? (mentioning all these factors that I remember happening)
psdt3: The introduction of the tongue was intense and deep in the rimming or annilingus on those occasions despite all that and the aforementioned am I at risk of contracting HIV when doing or giving rimming or annilingus?

PSDT: I am from Peru Latin America, there are no certified prostitutes here, nothing assures me that they have STDs. Taking this case, if the person were HIV + and all the above mentioned, is there a risk of contracting HIV when giving or doing Annilingus or black kissing?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Nothing else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV.  There is no "what if" that you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

If there was blood in the mouth it still wouldn't happen? I have read that you answered in another question "HIV is not transmitted by having blood in the mouth or by swallowing blood" in some sources I have read that it is http://www.aidsinfonet.org/fact_sheets/view/152 It could happen even with a small amount of blood that confuses me and if there were cuts on the tip of the tongue and surroundings lacerations on the lips ulcers inside the mouth bleeding or bleeding gums in the situation described and I would have had contact with anal blood in The area without realizing all the factors mentioned could be at risk of contracting HIV if this prostitute were HIV +? and in the case if I had had my immune system unknowingly weak from syphilis or from smoking cannabis regularly or from the ulcers of a syphilis that you would not know you had at that time, can this risk of contracting HIV also increase if this sex worker was HIV + in the case mentioned?
Finally, if there had been precum or dry semen from another previous client in the anus area, in addition to the blood in the anal area without having realized it by introducing my tongue as deeply as possible with all the aforementioned factors of bleeding gums. cuts on or around the tip of the tongue or lacerations on the lips bleeding sores or ulcers inside the mouth if this woman were HIV + could she get HIV? And if I had externally touched the vagina with my tongue, having menstrual blood or vaginal fluid with all these factors mentioned, if this sex worker was HIV + could she contract HIV?
That is a lot of already answered questions. Reread about only instead of skipping over the "brick wall" restriction it creates.
