No, you cannot get HIV from blood that is on an object, even IF that object cuts you.  HIV is not active once it is exposed to air.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Thanks.i was so worried. Sorry to ask another question. In some forums, they mention small nic or cut could pass the hiv?
https://www.healthtap.com/questions/1056963-would-one-catch-hiv-aids-from-a-razor-blade-cut/..I got worried after seeing this...
I can't explain why people on other websites are giving out incorrect information.  Some of the people answering have zero expertise in infectious disease.  Also, one commenter also stated that there have not been any cases of infection this way.

Quit searching for ways that this might have been a risk for HIV.  It isn't.  It never has been.  It never will be.
This will be my final question..sorry to bother you.even time interval between use doesn't matter?what is the meaning of blood has to get into blood stream, even small cut causes bleeding right?
No, it doesn't matter AT ALL.  HIV is never transmitted through minor cuts and scrapes.  NEVER.
Do you recommend testing in this scenario or can I move on with my life?
There is no reason to test for a zero-risk event.  You should have already moved on with your life.
Because I am having symptoms like heart burn..that's why I kept asking?sorry for bothering? Hi
HEARTBURN?? You think heartburn is only related to HIV? Millions of people around the world - probably hundreds of millions of people - have heartburn, and are not HIV-positive.

Anyway, whatever "symptoms" you are having are not related to HIV, since you had zero risk for HIV.

Your post has fully been answered that you had no risk and therefore, can not get HIV from what you describe.  We wish you the best.
