The first post is true and the second one is completely false: Due to the fragile nature of the virus, it is not possible to remain infectious outside the body. Transmission of the virus can only occur inside the body which is not what happened in your scenario. You have no risk, no exposure and resting is not needed for any reason.

If you are sure the person was HIV+ then its better you get tested..
If it is within 72hrs of this incident then you better consult a HIV specialist for risk analysis & PEP consideration
