You're just repeating the same question again. The answer is still no risk. It didn't matter how many times you ask the same question in different order because the answer will never change. You had no risk. Zero risk. No testing is needed for no risk.

So even if I I cut myself on the same area of the poolside that the other person may have cut cut themselves on a few seconds beforehand, that is still fine? Sorry for further questioning (I have got a bit of an obsessive personality!) I hear that once blood meets chlorinated water the viruses/bacteria will die very quickly?

No chance. Zero possibility. No one has ever gotten HIV that way - not by touching surfaces of any kind with blood on them. You certainly didn't get it in a swimming pool. If you don't share IV drug equipment and don't have unprotected anal or vaginal sex with a person whose HIV status you don't know, you will never have to worry about HIV.
