What is my risk of HIV infection?

I have had unprotected oral sex with a female. Me giving her oral sex. Any chance of getting HIV from this, even if I had a canker sore at the time?
Also ,I received strapon sex numerous times from a sex worker. What is my risk there?
I have had not other sexual contact. No penetrative vaginal or anal sex with males or females.
Do I need to be tested?
I have various health issues and am freaking out.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV but can be a risk for other STD's and I'd recommend you test. I'm sorry but I don't know what "strapon sex" means.

Strapon sex is where the sex worker penetrated me anally with a sex toy. She did not use it on herself or anyone else while I was there.
Also the events took place a few years ago. I would know if I had any other STDs by now wouldn't I?
For the most part, you would know by now if you'd contracted an STD, but unless you had a full panel STD test, SOME STD's can be missed. Syphilis is one example. I've given you a link to read about the different stages of syphilis. If you've never been checked for STD's, I would highly recommend you have an STD panel run now for peace of mind.

I have had none of the symptoms that are indicated here at any time. I appreciate your response. I was mostly concerned about the oral sex risk because I may have had a mouth sore when I performed oral sex on the female in question and the CDC says that is a risk. Also the use of sex toys on me was a concern as well. Thank you for your response and I will get checked for STDs.
