This debate has been going on for a few years now about 28 days vs 90 days or DUO vs Antibody but the fact still remains that the official guidelines do clearly state that a negative HIV result is only considered conclusive at 90 days or 3 months post--exposure.

There are no tests that give a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months post exposure.
