4th generation antibody/antigen test

I had a unprotected encounter with an ex 2/28 and 3/7. Then on 4/2 I started getting a cold, I tested negative for COVID. Then on 4/9 - I was tested with a 4th generation DUO test - which was negative. Also, on 4/19 - I tested with a oraquick test which was also negative. He tested negative with a DUO on 4/14 and showed me the results. Can I move on with my life? Was the 4th generation result on 4/9 conclusive?

As stated by your report, you'd have a conclusive negative HIV test.

If your ex was negative on 4/14 using a DUO test, he was definitely negative on the dates you had intercourse.  Your DUO was also conclusive, so you can be assured that you are HIV-negative.

Thank you for answering, you’ve helped to put my mind at ease.
So, I had another DUO test 50 days after exposure, which was negative. I know symptoms aren't the way HIV is diagnosed but I am having swelling in my lymph nodes. Now, I know its completely possible that it could of been caused by an illness, but its been going on for about month and I was sick starting on 4/2. I ended up getting a ct scan:

Study Result
Narrative
STUDY: CT SOFT TISSUE NECK W CONTRAST

IMPRESSION:
1. No sialolithiasis.
2. Scattered probable reactive cervical nodes, without clear pathologic enlargement or other suspicious features.

INDICATION: LAD lymphadenopathy, Sialoithiasis, please fax resulst to 402-778-5216, please give pt a disk Review pregnancy status, order entered from written source not with office staff or patient.

Based on my numerous negatives, can I feel assured that this is being caused by something else?

COMPARISON: Limited comparison to CT head 6/27/2017

TECHNIQUE: CT soft tissue neck routine protocol with 100 mL IsoVue 370 administered intravenously.

FINDINGS:
Minimal sinus mucosal thickening is typically incidental, particularly in the absence of specific clinical concern.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Left pulmonary and hilar calcifications most likely are sequela of previous granulomatous inflammation.
Visualized cranium is unremarkable. Otomastoid air cells are clear.

No abnormal parotid, submandibular or sublingual calcification, mass, ductal ectasia or calculi, nor adjacent inflammatory induration or swelling.
Scattered small and tiny cervical nodes are somewhat numerous, though with benign size and morphology, most likely reactive in the absence of other specific clinical concern.
Muscular, vascular and glandular structures of the neck are otherwise unremarkable. A punctate right paramedian lingual tonsilloliths is typically incidental.

Duo is conclusive after 4 weeks so you can move on.
