Need some assurance...

I m back here as its seems that i am loosing the battles againts the negative thoughts in my brain which killing me constantly.. I had more then 10 unprotected viganal intercourse since dec 2010 till sept 2010. get tested after 21 days and 94 days through ECLIA & CMIA method, both were negative, however symptoms like white tongue and pain and off pain in my neck both side since more then two months is pulling me n putting these thoughs in my mind that im still at risk, I am married and so depressed and scared coz i dont want to harm my wife,,

No not in anyway at all.  

If you tested negative at 94 days and this was the time since your last unprotected exposure with your girlfriend then you are definitley HIV negative.

Never judge your status by symptoms as more often than not they are due to something other than HIV.

Thanks Zamzam for replying.. I wud like to mention that i had been having unprotected sex with my wife since my last exposure with my ex gf, will it effect the test in anyway?

If you have negative tests out to 94 days from your last unprotected vaginal exposure, you do not have HIV.
