Oral Sex HIV

Hi.

Is there a realistic risk on oral sex? Should I be concerned contracting HIV?

I gave blowjob to a guy yesterday and he didn't ejaculate in my mouth. Should I be worried about HIV?
Or am I worrying unnecessarily?

Thanks.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV as there are bacteria and enzymes in human saliva that render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect) BUT.......it CAN be a risk for OTHER STD's and I recommend you test for those.
