HIV transmission clarification

Hello

It is known that hiv  cannot be transmited by spitting or biting(except for 1 case I have heard of with blood mixed with the saliva and the bite was deep)

Someone could you  please explain me the following

If I have a wound on the lips that  is not heavily bleeding but slightly oozing, is there a  risk for transmission if a little speck of blood + saliva  lands on it.

I suspect  that  the  possibility of transmission is  low, but  can someone  explain why? I know the transmittable virus dies within second when it is exposed  the environment, but if it is from spit does not  happen very quickly. And the wound, despite not  being deep and bleeding , but on the  lips which are mucous membrane and more acceptable to  this virus?

Please let someone who have extensive biology knowledge explain to me why this is with probability of happening below 0.1 %

Could you please someone also tell me does this situation requires hiv testing as  I am  in  region in  which I have to travel a lot so to get to laboratory? The person I encountered was with multiple sex partners and is rather risky(I am not to blame anyone, but better ask than suffer).

Thanks  for the answer and the understanding :)
Regards

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease which can only infect you through unprotected anal or vaginal sex without condoms. The only other risk for an adult is sharing IV drug needles with infected users. Nothing else you can think of will result in your being infected with HIV. As long as you always use condoms for penetrative sex and don't ever share drug needles with people, you'll never have to worry about HIV.
