Reread the advice. Your only problem is you are trying to be a doctor and are doing a terrible job of it and scaring yourself because you are believing your own silly ideas.

You have no medical training so you should have zero faith in your ideas about hiv infection. Instead, you keep telling us we don't know hiv risks but only you knows how hiv is spread.
It is time to see a therapist instead of wasting 3 more months afraid of your own incorrect ideas. It's quite silly of you to make up hiv ideas then believe them.

The therapist will not tell me about HIV, he will only give me medicines, but I need to take correct information from you .. i just want ask you is this time for HIV symptoms or what ?
You know what anxiety and ocd seek? Reassurance. What are you seeking from us? Think about it. The best thing is for you to get help with this in terms of it being related to anxiety. That disorder is treatable.
