Protected Sex risk for HIV

Is it possible to get hiv by having protected anal sex with hiv positive receiver. Condom stay intact but the anal discharge touches my shaft and head when removing the condom. No kissing or oral sex involve

Congratulations, you used a condom! As long as you use a condom for sex every time, you'll never have to worry about HIV.

Transmission of HIV can only occur inside the body. Therefore, any body fluids exposed to the outside environment are not infectious. And before you ask about how long it take for air to inactivate, the answer is that HIV is an extremely fragile virus which is easily damaged upon exposure to the ambient environment so it's not relevant.
No HIV test needed? I can move on with my life?
You can test or not test, it doesn't matter. Because as I already stated, you had no risk.
Are you saying that as long the condom didn't break, it is 100% safe?
