I happened to have sex with escorts, but always used condoms.
There was althoug an instance, when after unsuccessful intercourse (with a condom), the escort removed the condom and gave me a hand job. I ejaculated outside after a few moments.
There was also an instance when the escort applied her saliva on my penis, and I did a hand job and ejaculated.
Are these risks by any means to contract HIV??

There is no apparent risk of HIV from what you have informed. However, you may consider getting tested for HIV and STDs yearly or so, if you have sexual contacts with multiple partners.
