HIV exposure

Dear Doctors and everybody,

I have mutual masturbated with one guy i know via dating app. We did not do any oral or anal sex. We just masturbated together by hand. I did first for him but he did not ejaculate, just a small amout of precum on my hand. I cleaned it up with shirt. He also touch his penis 2 or 3 times for 10s. After that, I and him have kissed together and he touched my body and my coat and my t shirt to take them off. He touched my p*nis through my shorts for few seconds and touched my **** by his hand. I get a lot of paranoid and worry about if his precum was still on his hand and he touched my **** to masturbate me, will i get risk of hiv infection?. I also touched top of my **** for few second. I am afraid some precum on his hand contacted my open of ****. I think not much precum on his hand because he touched my clothes before touching my penis and the time from he touched his penis to my penis was about 3 to 5 mins. Will i get infected from him? Because i got a lot of anxiety, i also used PEP at 37 hours after this even. Will i be safe?

Thank you. Sorry for long question.

HaiAnh95..........The response you received from CurfewX  was 100% accurate. You need to accept her answer as it is the same answer you would have gotten from any of us on this site.  And BTW, you NEVER needed to be put on PEP because, as CurfewX also told you, you NEVER had a risk! The doctor who prescribed PEP should have known this.......I hope he/she went over the possible side effects ......

Thank you for your counselling. The doctor also said that my risk is very low. However, I chose to use PEP for being more safer and alleviating my stress and worry. I afraid his precum (although it was just small amount and maybe dried as I could not felt it when he touch me) contacted the mucous membrane of my penis tip. I would like to ask one more question:
If my penis tip mucous membrane was not injured, will I be on risk when precu m contact it?
Thank you very much
Sorry so much. I dont want to ask the same question many times, but i get a lot of paranoid. I am confused because i received many answering and counselling. Most of them said i have no risk or negligible risk. But some answered me that i have risk because the precum can contact mucous membrane on the tip. Sorry for asking one question many times
Only masturbation gave me a lot of anxiety. I dont know what can I get if I did oral and anal sex.

The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You cannot get HIV or any STD from mutual masturbation, no matter what.  No detail that you can add to this event story will make it a risk for HIV or STDs.

Thank you for your answering. But i am really get paronoid. I just afraid of the transmission via the precum on his hand although it maybe was not much.
It doesn't matter how paranoid you are.  Your level of fear is not related to your level of risk, which is ZERO.
