Help in Mozambique-Risk Assessment

Doctor,
I am a 25 year old American male who is stationed in Maputo, Mozambique (HIV in adults is estimated at about 15-25%).  About 4 days ago I had a drunken sexual encounter with a Mozambican woman who I met in a bar.  I will spare you the obvious statements on how disappointed in myself I am.

She was not a CSW and I do not know if she was HIV positive.  Before this encounter my genitalia was not bleeding and it is not now.  I do get the occasional skin irritations on my penis and scrotum because I am a long distance jogger and some were most likely present.  We had unprotected oral sex briefly (me receiving) that involved her mouth on my penis and scrotum in order to for me to obtain an erection.  I did not ejaculate and highly doubt there was preejaculation.  It was very brief.  We also had protected (condom) vaginal sex with no ejaculation (very brief- less then 1 minute- due to my intoxication I could not stay erect) twice.  In addition, there may have been some outer unprotected light touching between her vagina and my penis but entry did not occur.

I am writing to ask for a risk assessment of my situation.  I was tested before I came here and I was definitely HIV/STD free before this encounter.  I am extremely concerned about contracting HIV.  I have not experienced any side effects that could not be explained by anxiety (ie I get hot flashes occasionally but only when I think about it and get nervous).  I find myself checking my body constantly for anything that could indicate HIV or another disease even though it is highly unlikely I will show anything after just 4 days.

Please help.

transmission on a one time encounter is 1 in 1000 yours was protected thats no risk then as far as oral very very very low risk and no symptoms occur 2 to 4 weeks after you are just guilty and mad at yourself relax you dont know she had hiv but test at 6 weeks and then 3 months post exposure if you like but protected carries no risk
