sorethroat and oral

hi, I have tried to be very careful with msm sex over the past few yrs, I have only done oral and only received oral
a week ago I met a man, he was a dr himself, we kissed and he gave me oral for about 10 seconds, I then stopped him, I have tested regular for hiv and stds

about 3 days later I started to get a sore throat, 4 days on I looked and saw white spots on my throat, im freaking out, is this the start of ars, I have no fever,no lymp nodes and no rash, although I did have a few hot flushes in the night but my temp never went up, its now 7 days into this and I cant sleep, is this hiv, or someother sites suggest that I may have caught throat gonnarhea from this episose from the kissing

pls help

No ! Your sore throat is not ARS. How could ARS appears without being infected.?ARS appear in a real infection situation 2-4 weeks after the exposure and last for 1-2 weeks

You don't have an HIV concern. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex or kissing.
