Hi, help me please!

While getting a food sample at an eatery, the worker quickly handed me the toothpick with food, with one end poking my finger, enough to cause pain. The whole incident occurred within 2 to 3 seconds of time. When I examined my finger, there was no blood but the area was slightly red inside. I even tried squeezing, and no blood came out. To be sure, I cleaned the area with hand sanitizer. If the toothpick did the same to his hand, am I at risk if he has HIV? Do i need to test? Thank you for your time!
