Hi unprotected oral cut on penis

Hi so I received oral from a worker, unprotected then straight away I put a condom on, problem bring it was to tight, I realised after sex I had cut my penis. As her oral fluids were preserved and rubbing into the cut does that increase hiv risk. 2 weeks later I have had a fever and headache which have cleared a day later.

Side note: I had red shiny inflammation of the penis lasting no more than two days after a few times, I think it's gone now, but tensing the area between my groin and leg fold I get nerve pain, I guess it's a nerve anyway it tingles, that has been the past week.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
Your "nerve pain" diagnosis is just a guess. Stop googling for death cold turkey and stop examining your body cold turkey and see if you can relax and get an instant cure. Otherwise if you think it is a problem see doc because you don't have any medical training and you don't have hiv.

I get all that and it's very reassuring, the one thing I see is I have a very tight foreskin uncircumcised it's all folds of skin when erect and it would have mean the exposure to air wans't there as it was in folds of skin (foreskin retracted). When putting the condom on the air exposure wasn't there either and the cut happened in a tight condom environment with no air exposure and fluids some of which didn't get the air exposure as the folds of the tight foreskin retracted over the head of penis
From what you know as some fluid was held in the foreskin inner and not exposed to air, it could of happened? I have to wait 2 weeks for test but just wanted to know incase.
Edit the cut happened in these folds of foreskin under the head as they were to tight the same place the air exposure was not necessarily thier
All your theories about air are just science fiction. You don't have any medical training so avoid the sci-fi. Which of the 3 risks do you feel was your encounter? Otherwise you are just worrying that your sci-fi can become reality which is unrealistic considering you have no medical training.
It can only infect through the head so that is why your theories might seem realistic but aren't.
Ok tbh I went for a check after 4 days and this will seem funny to you. The nurse was insistent I was at high risk and she made me feel it was certain. I kept saying the risk is low and she shook her head and said given the circumstances. She ended it by said you are so young too which sounds awful, from what is logical to take from that. So I began preparing and from other knowledge but you have made me not worry so much as I know Dr Hunter also agrees and he's highly experienced. Honestly thanks for your time. Still dreading the test but I feel less worry in the meantime. Hopefully I'm not a likely to get hit by a meteorite type guy lol.
It would not be like getting hit by a meteorite.  It would be like getting hit with a falling unicorn.  People have actually been hit by meteorites before; however, no one has ever been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex, even with cuts & scrapes.  You will not be the first, just as you will not see a unicorn falling from the sky.

I am sorry you encountered an uneducated nurse who made you afraid of absolutely nothing.
Yeah, I must be unlucky as unrelated but I had what I know now to have been a blood blister it was black on my tounge. I went to a walk in and she looked on Google images and pointed out to me that I had a melonoma. I asked survival rate and I can't remember the exact but it was put to me i was not going to survive. So I thought for a couple of days ... But it humbled me and made me change my values and stay healthy to limit the chance of ever hearing something similar. It really affected me but it has been a positive impact I think as I appreciate every day s lot more and take more care of my body with the exception of this oral event the experience got the better of me :/.

Yeah after hearing that about the high risk there was at least one day I couldn't eat and my appetite is still less though I don't think it was from what she said but it might have been in the back of my mind. Thank you for your reply also I really don't feel much worry at all now up till the test. Appreciate you guys time.
You don't need a test. You were told that you didn't posses any risk from this incident. Testing with out a risk is only going to give you a negative result. You must accept the help offered to you and just move on from this incident.
I get that but even if there is 0.001 chance, lots of events have never happened and there has been a first. It may sound stupid but given where the fluid was retained and that I don't know if there was blood from the giver as I just remember patches of red I hope it was lipstick. I just think the specifics make it more possible that the studies we take from (tight foreskin retaining possibly blood in folds with open cut that is big around viens). Therefore entry to bloodstream.
Also I don't get I'll and the timing landed just where you would predict I actually haven't checked this but it's been 2 weeks really bad migraine, fever and tiredness like I never felt I think the fever was so bad my eyes forced closed the whole day and night. The day following I have redness, possibly from the body heat.

I know means nothing to you and is probably illogical.
It would just cause more harm to me not knowing and wondering.
Though your comments take away my worry if and
Though I do have the DNA for 90% reduction in HIV load, which would explain such a reaction as my fever, my body killing most of the virus and working overtime. It's silly and from your bio you are very convincing and intelligent. I mean people have spontaneously combusted, it's illogical to think so but given a virus that can make way into a body it seems more plausible. Though unlikely surely a fluke (unlikely scenario) can happen somewhere to let this virus in.
Anyway I will consider your comment, I feel obligated as the questions they asked seemed severe and about who I slept with and not to engage etc it just feels right by everyone. Then the knowledge about my dna and such a extreme fever bout in this specific time, just gives me the possibility.

" but even if there is 0.001 chance, lots of events have never happened and there has been a first. " No you don't get it. There is no .001 chance except in your sci-fi theory which is unrealistic for you to believe can become reality. Your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue at this point since the only science you believe in is your own made up sci-fi. Consider therapy since this is just an hiv forum and your problem is irrational self-induced anxiety which can happen to anyone, however it is still irrational.
You can actually get E Coli from a burger and E Coli happens to people in the US every month, but you don't test for that after every meal, so your perspective is mixed up when you focus on a sci-fi theory and pretend it could happen. Reread the word "any" in mikes answer and stop interchanging it with your "if' when you pretend the two words mean the same thing. Your claim is not logical.
