Hiv from cough

Today I was sitting at my office suddenly a man who was sitting opposite of me started coughing and few spat landed on my fingers and I don't know about my eyes because I was busy. Now I'm freaking out cause what if some of the spat contain blood cause he coughing very hard I mean if there are phelgm in his cought which contains blood. He was approx 3 feet away from me. Please help me in this regard.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

The event that you mentioned poses no risk for HIV.  Fluids or blood encountered outside of anal/vaginal penetration are not a risk for HIV, including any fluids expelled by a cough or sneeze, even if blood is present.
