HiV rash across chest and stomach area?

I've been having several exposures across the years ( all of them condom protected) and three times they were unprotected oral sex. I haven't actually experienced ARS or ARS-related symptoms but I've recently started developing red pimples/bite-like rashes across my chest towards my stomach area. I also cough and lost some weight during these years. I'm afraid I might have caught HIV and gave it to my girlfriend ( I'm also in a relationship right now to make it worse). My rash looks exactly like the type of rash you see when you google hiv rash pictures. I'm afraid :(

is at least the rash that i described the same like the one similar to the HIV rash? can you at least provide me with why would this be a no-risk situation and help me understand? I've also read that you need to have a multiple number of symptoms for it to be HIV but I'm only searching for help?
I'm afraid I already infected my girlfriend and I've never been so scared.. can you please clarify what you meant to write?
