Can I be positive, if oraquick and ELISA was postive and Westernblot was negative?

Hi, never has a real risk - a women performed on me oral sex, and we had protected vaginal sex. Firstly I was on ELISA test, which turned out postitve, then they did Western Blot, which was negative and to be sure I did oraquick which came out positive. I dont really understand why this keep happening while I only had protected vaginal sex.

False positives are always a possibility. You never had a risk so overthought the situation taking any tests, so now you will be continuing to overthink if you keep taking more.

Yes, but I had symptomps. Swollen lymph nodes in groin, high fever, and sore throat. Also my CD4 is only 380. All other STDs were negative.
Those ailments are to be expected because everyone gets them just like you did from interaction with other people. They prove nothing.
sorry, but cd4 under 500 is only seen in HIV-positive patients.
Not necessarily, but you're asking a peer-to-peer help forum to assist with complicated results.  You should continue working with professionals to advise you on additional tests.  Posting in this, or any other online forum isn't likely to result in confirmation of anything.
Let me just say that if you ONLY ever received oral sex, you would be the first person in all of history to be HIV-positive from this event.  NO ONE has ever become HIV+ from receiving oral sex only.  Never.  If this is your only risk, ever, I doubt that you are HIV+.

HIV has been around for more than 40 years, and millions of people have been infected, but never by this method.  This would be a phenomenon and would be reported in journals world-wide.  I suggest you seek very wise counsel - meaning, a doctor who is an HIV specialist - to evaluate your case.
