I am from UK, on December 13 I gave/received unprotected oral from 19 year old white female
I kissed on the vagina and probably inserted my tongue one time inside vagina, what is worrying me is my lips are cracked and probably slightly bleeding if pressed, I did not get any fever or flu till now.
Am I at risk of hiv? Shall I get tested at 4 weeks?

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone of unknown status, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles
You had zero risk for HIV, even with your cracked lips. You do not need an HIV test since you had no risk for HIV. Forget about this event and move on with your life.
